Thanks Steffen for the reference to the source code. I see the team has put a
lot of work into the treatment of Windows partitions. I just want to add one
thought of mine regarding the deletion of Windows partition(s).

First, I still want to emphasize that we should not "delete" any existing
partition.

Second, when installation is not possible unless we delete certain
partition(s), partition(s) holding an OS should be on the top of the candidate
list. This is because non-OS partition usually contains data that are
non-replaceable while OS can be reinstalled.

Unless there is a partition that contains **only** basic system-default files
such as "System Volume Information" or "$RECYCLE.BIN" in Windows, a user would
not want us to delete common partition(s) (containing personal data). At this
point, if a deletion must be proposed, the partition contains OS should be
proposed for deletion first. From my point of view, I would like to have data
partition resized or to format OS partition if I have not allocated unallocated
space or an empty partition for system installation.

This is my on humble opinion.
