In the YaST "Repositories" module, you see the URL of each repo. You might have
to scroll a little to the right, but that URL contains the distro version.
That's how an advanced user who adds those repos in the first place is supposed
to see where the repo belongs to.

When you use the zypper command line, you can add "--url" to see the URL:

  sudo zypper lr --url
