It is indeed important feature. I didn't know that we lost it by switching to tigervnc until this bug. It's on my list to look into adding it. It's true, neither old tightvnc neither new tigervnc listen on IPv6. It's not a bug, it's a (lack of) feature. Quick search shows that there are some patches for it floating around internet. Once any of them makes it into upstream, then it will get into opensuse.
