@sndirsch: The sddm submission got initially declined because we have udev/logind taking care of this. AFAICT by looking at the .changes and bug 1080742, nvidia-logind-acl-trick.conf is supposed to take care of this. So in this case, maybe something went wrong with sddm and logind. For now it's IMO ok as GDM does the same and so there's no reason to not allow sddm to do it too, but if there's a more general fix that's obviously better.
