Hi,

Ever since I installed TW on a Dell Latitude E7450 laptop, I am having numerous
problems with hibernate and resume. The laptop normally fails to resume from
hibernate 2 out of 5 times. When that happens, it does not even respond to
sysrq keys. The only way out is to hard reset it. This has been happening from
the beginning (around 4.1.X kernels). The screen goes blank so it's not
possible to read any output. Switching to tty does not work as well.

I have also tried 'echo -n disk > /sys/power/state' but that fails to resume as
well. This might be related to
http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=957547 but in my case the laptop
hangs instead of magically rebooting.

I suspect that the culprit might be the Intel GPU but booting with 'nomodeset'
renders the entire X useless. The whole screen flickers and GDM can't log me
in. It simply returns back to the login page.

Let me know if you need me to try anything or provide more information
