Assuming kde3 comes from KDE:KDE3 the first possible problem is that the
repositories build against the standard distribution and not the update repos.
Leap:15.1's jack doesn't have the patches in Leap:15.0 and Tumbleweed some of
which are for crashes. Don't know how that happened, possibly because of timing
with the Leap:15.1 release.
