Comment # 2 on bug 1056602 from Daniel Molkentin

I cannot reproduce this with either a freshly installed up-to-date Leap 42.3 or
Leap 15 snapshot.

Either systemd waits indefinitly (or just very long) for a block device to show
(leaving the splash screen on), or it jumps directly to the emergency console
(e.g. when specifying the wrong partition as root device).

So I'll close this issue. If you still have a system where this reproduces,
please let me know.
