Comment # 40 on bug 976250 from sd fs

I found these additional debug options in a post about debugging Xen efi,

  debug ignore_loglevel log_buf_len=10M print_fatal_signals=1 LOGLEVEL=8
earlyprintk=efi,keep sched_debug

and added that to the command line in my custom.cfg.

I launched the guest with "xl create -c" instead of sdl=1, and was able to get
a lot more boot-detail from the Guest in my host console:

I'm at my limit for now re: what additional info I can randomly figure out to
get out of this.
