My Romanian Vodafone 3G card (Huawei K4510) is no longer detected by the KDE network manager. Normally, plugging it in would make my broadband connection appear in the list of available networks, whereas now nothing happens. The modem is however listed by the "lsusb" command. The modem worked fine in openSUSE 13.1, so I presume the 13.2 upgrage might have introduced this issue.
