Please don't attach just a lone /var/log/y2log file; you know that we need full y2logs generated with the supplied 'save_y2logs' script. https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Report_a_YaST_bug#I_attached_/var/log/YaST2/y2log_to_a_YaST2_bug,_and_still_I_am_asked_to_attach_y2logs._Why? And from the error messages it appears that 'mkdumprd' (which is part of the 'kdump' package) and the /usr/lib/kdump/kdump-read-config.sh script (also part of the 'kdump' package) that it calls are not robust enough to live without a /etc/sysconfig/kdump file, i.e. it does not have any reasonable defaults.
