I updated the host with zypper dup.

As for the guest, I can't seem to complete the update before it crashes.

I start downloading and installing the updates, then I leave it working, and
when I go to check back, it has already rebooted.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure no version of Window 10 with or without the latest
updates installed, BSODs every two minutes like this. It's obviously a
VirtualBox issue.

I already reported it to VirtualBox, but they said I'm using OpenSUSE's fork
and told me to "try the official version".
