Comment # 1 on bug 1048894 from Fabian Vogt

This was already broken in all previous openSUSE releases.
It's the result of brp-trim-translations (previously brp-trim-desktopfiles)
stripping *all* translated keys (Name/Comment/etc.) from all sections and not
just [Desktop Entry], although the patched desktops do not get translations for
actions from gettext.

sr 510303 and a rebuild of all affected packages in 42.3 will fix this.
