Well, I can see nothing wrong with our package.

I can even find the necessary files inside the installed binary
(/usr/lib64/libKF5KIOWidgets.so.5).

Apparently KDE cannot load the .source file from the embedded qtrc, i.e. the
mentioned upstream change was insufficient.

=> upstream bug, it has even been reported here already:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356198

We could re-add the template files to our kio package as a workaround (like we
did with 5.15.0, when this was still missing completely upstream), but I think
this should rather be fixed properly (upstream).
