I have installed openSUSE Leap 42.1 and 42.2. on system.  On system I have
42.1 OSS and Non-OSS

When I setup network all are accessable.  When I choose no network but have
them enabled when doing an update from DVD they are never accessable and only
the DVD files are used.

A side note If I add anything ahead of them like hd://install/opensuse/...
I am unable to add the repo's
