i only changed the if / bcond logic, otherwise took SUSE:SLE-15:Update subversion state for now. SUSE:Maintenance:21671/subversion.SUSE_SLE-15-SP3_Update it fails to build on s390x due to javahl not present... (builds on the other architectures). perhaps you can take a look, it uses java-9-openjdk and java-11-openjdk instead of java-8-openjdk in SUSE:SLE-15:Update
