I will try to find someone who could help you more than I can.

In the meantime:
1. Your current environment is now 13.1 for other php applications and 13.2 for
phpbb3, correct?
2. At the beginning (comment 3), you experimented with KeepAlive option. Can
you still confirm that when you set it off, then segfault do not happen?
3. Which php applications are causing the crash except phpbb3?
4. This is probably nogo, but could you just think of how 'minimal testcase'
could look like even if I imagine 'minimizing' will be probably VERY tricky
(matter of dimensions, comment 71). At least you could try to isolate the
problem to one php application with lowest system footprint (requirements,
data). Maybe segfault could be then induced by some script modeling high load?
