## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Staging:D-Staging-DVD-x86_64-kde@64bit fails
in
[ooffice](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1944978/modules/ooffice/steps/7)

The test lanches libreoffice, then on appearance of the tip of the days,
presses alt-s (do not show on start) alt-o (ok) to close them.

With LO 7.2, this does not work in a KDE session


## Test suite description
TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in
kde@USBboot_64 scenario.
