The font you need is in xorg-x11-fonts-core
This should be installed by default.
To find out, please open a terminal and do:
$ xlsfonts | grep misc-fixed-medium-r-normal-*-18-120-100-100-c-90-iso10646-1
to see if this is installed.
Then try:
xfd -fn -misc-fixed-medium-r-normal--18-120-100-100-c-90-iso10646-1 
to see if it can be accessed.

I've tried to reproduce it on TW - I don't get this error message.
