Comment # 104 on bug 1046436 from Ladislav Slez�k

I have tested Build321.4 and the /etc/vconsole.conf file was created properly
and the keyboard worked as expected in the console.

Closing as FIXED.

(Please test also the X installation, I did only minimal text mode test.)
