BTW currently there's nothing that would prevent udev from starting before
dracut-cmdline-ask.service and that leads to this issue: basically udev and
dracut-cmdline-ask.service are started in //, which results in both
systemd-vconsole-setup (binary) and dracut-cmdline-ask.service accessing to the
console.
