That issue was reported upstream:

https://github.com/storaged-project/udisks/issues/611

and a fix was provided.
Still, there is a report that it won't work for usb disks.

udisks 2.9.2 has reached tumbleweed now.
Could you give it a try and report whether you are still seeing the issue?
