Martin, are you willing to take the certificate handling or the whole
scriptlets into s-m-t?

Then we can drop the usrmerge handling patching in scriptlets from the kernel
because it will be baked into s-m-t.

If we add the scripts to s-m-t a backport will be needed for 4.12 kernel based
LTSS as well.
