Comment # 4 on bug 1208451 from Enno Gotthold

This bug is resolved.

The error was not related to ghc but to a misconfiguration between used
revision (git HEAD) and the specified version (2.12.0). Due to the difference
between the two versions the dependencies changes and thus the weird dependency
resolving errors.

Hadolint is since a few days already in Factory and works as expected.
