libvirtd.service was found disappeared in my Tumbleweed test too after libvirt
=> 9.1.0.  https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/3174874

reproduce step:

1. install TW snapshot20230314
2. zypper in -t pattern kvm_server kvm_tools
3. systemctl --no-pager enable libvirtd
Failed to enable unit: Unit file libvird.service does not exist.

No libvird services found.
