Comment # 13 on bug 1206804 from Berthold Gunreben

Changing the xinput helps, and the touchscreen works as desired. However, after
disconnecting and reconnecting, this mapping obviously does not exist anymore. 

Is it possible to make the change depending on the touch screen being plugged
into the notebook?
