Patch does no apply in a clean way!  Even the not official texi2html-5.0 takes
the patch.  And even if ported back to texi2html-5.0 this version does not
build

[   11s] WARNING: `/usr/bin/perl -x' is needed, and you do not seem to have it
handy on your
[   11s]          system.  You might have modified some files without having
the

file,
[   11s]          it often tells you about the needed prerequirements for
installing
[   11s]          this package.  You may also peek at any GNU archive site, in
case
[   11s]          some other package would contain this missing `/usr/bin/perl'
program.
