I suppose this can be closed meanwhile. 13.1 is no longer supported since a long time (I think even Evergreen support has ceased completely since a while), and this bug was/is fixed in later versions (13.2 and Leap 42.x come with ghostscript 9.15). Btw, I did look at backporting the patch to 13.1 over 3 years ago, but gave up trying to rebasing it because of the massive changes (also in the file structure).
