At least on the US West Coast (California in particular), trying to download
the latest MicroOS Snapshot links to
https://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/opensuse/tumbleweed/appliances. However, this
mirror has not synced any snapshots since December 24, 2020.

I'm reporting this hoping someone from the OpenSUSE team who manages the
mirrors can contact the mirror maintainer and either get them to resolve this
issue or remove them from the mirrors so downloads from
https://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/appliances actually work.
