Thunderbird Window

After today update to Thunderbird 78.2.2, when I open the application, the
window is partially blank.
I get menu bars and the calendar area, but no accounts, no emails and no
folders. Those areas are just white blanks.

Trying to open in Safe mode, gives no results.

Launching the software from command line, gives no output messages.

No extensions or themes installed.

Preferences menu doesn't open at all.

Downloading Thunderbird 78.2.1 from https://give.thunderbird.net/ solved the
issue (so the profile, I think, is not the cause).
