You messed up your repositories somehow. Where did you et nautilus 3.16 from? That dos not live in openSUSE 13.2, never has been provided for 13.2, except through addon repositories. For nautilus 3.16.x, you need libgio 2.44.x (you have 2.42, hence your problem). What does "rpm -qi nautilus" tell (it should give a hint where it comes from). And: you did not give the list of your repositories (zypper lr -d)
