I can download and install this package just fine. I can also configure a VPN connection. However, when actually trying to open that connection, the following error message occurs: "The VPN service 'org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.fortisslvpn' was not installed." Could it be a package like NetworkManager-fortisslvpn is missing? I can find all sorts of NetworkManager-something via https://software.opensuse.org/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=NetworkManager&search_devel=false&search_unsupported=false, but nothing for fortisslvpn.
