That is already reverted in Tumbleweed (submission to SLE12 pending IIRC) - as
zypp also did not like the hash in the name

app-icons.tar.gz - that must have been long ago (before we used appstream-util
to produce valid appdata) -  I think the brp-extract code used this name format

So this must have gone defect with https://github.com/openSUSE/kiwi/pull/431

we should catch up with that in /usr/bin/add_product_susedata then.
