On GNOME the patch shouldn't have any effect at all, as GNOME sets Xft.dpi to
96*scale, which overrides the monitor DPI (unless on multimonitor).

Some more testing revealed that the fixed logical DPI is used on unscaled
applications as well, which means that for instance YaST looks out of place now
without Xft.dpi overrides...

As there's several pros and cons about this, I suggest a middle way and only
submit the patch to TW for now.

I'll request a release notes entry for Leap 15.
