What shows rfkill list when no hp-wmi module is loaded?  hci0 might disappear,
but what about WiFi?

If my understand is correct, phy0 comes from the Intel WiFi driver itself, and
the WiFi rfkill from hp-wmi seems missing in the above.  This can be the
problem.
