The problems are two folds at least: - 4.4.x kernel lacks of the WMI keytable for new laptops. The upstream added it via commit a464afb9581f6a9eabce8a4aa0c70cb71e6bf4d9 dell-wmi: Support new hotkeys on the XPS 13 9350 (Skylake) There are other useful commits to dell-wmi, so we should backport them to our kernels. - Even if an unknown key is received, it shouldn't result in the workqueue warning. It must be something wrong either in workqueue or in dell-wmi. And yet, there is still the issue: non-working rfkill. David, could you install openSUSE-42.1 kernel onto 42.2 system, boot it, and check whether rfkill really works as is? I guess rather it's in other piece.
