In the meantime i found https://gitlab.com/sane-project/backends/-/issues/246 This does not look very promising. Is there a chance for openSUSE Tumbleweed to revert to sane-backends 1.0.27 and wait until there is a fully operational sane-backends 1.0.29 available?
