I guess you are referring to
https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1124995  (neither this one nor
that one is mentioned in the SR),
but it's hard to say, as package might have been excluded from the OSS repo.
What I'm trying to say is that now package will be available in Factory and can
be installed with required dependencies, but not available on installation
medium. Which is not SCC team responsibility anyway.
