Submitted a PR to kiwi: https://github.com/openSUSE/kiwi/pull/591 It duplicates the existing plugins-openSUSE-13.2 to openSUSE-Tumbleweed (Leap 42.2 uses the 13.2 plugins) and then injects a file etc/linuxrc.d/10_kexec with content kexec=1 (I just see your sample uses the format kexec: 1 => the netiso used format defaultrepo=$FOO; which format do I need for kexec? or are both accepted?)
