Regularly when I leave my computer, or a colleague does the same my lock screen "goes mental" as my colleague describes it. The lock screen that hides password prompt raises and lowers over and over which is distracting for anyone sitting nearby, and also takes the screen out of power saving mode. I have witnessed this issue on multiple installs of both 3.16 and 3.18. My colleague recorded the following video of this happening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XeMN796V7dk
