Fix "by hand": --- The key missing package is `ibus-mozc`. Installation can be done with ``` sudo transactional-update pkg in ibus-mozc ``` and it solves the issue. Root cause: --- `ibus-mozc` package should be a part of the jp_JP locale for the install to proceed as usual.
