2. Go the slide sorter view
3. attempt to move a slide
Actual Results:  
cannot grab a slide, seems to just be in selection/highlight mode.  does not
matter which mouse keys are held down or which keyboard modifiers

Expected Results:  
the ability to drag a slide to a new position
