Dear Johannes you can uninstall the older packages and install the newer one
manually. This is what I did.

Uninstall with zypper (note all the packages which will be uninstalled
automatically), restart or log out and change to another tty (e.g. F3 for
tty3). Now you should have a terminal only. Install the newer one (e.g. the
downloaded) and the previously automatically uninstalled. Restart or log out
and go back to tty2/7.

Not the best way to do, but it works. I hope soon the fix will be in the main
repository as well.
