In GNOME Software, when clicking "Restart & Update" button in updates tab, an
error messages pops up saying:
> Unable to update "System Updates": Failed to create symlink: Read-only file system
This is due to GNOME Software trying to call pk-trigger-offline-update which
creates /system-update. However, this won't succeed because of the read-only
file system.
Reproducible: Always
