Comment # 3 on bug 964657 from Stefan Hundhammer

This is nothing for YaST to execute; this is a kludge needed for the
transitional phase from KDE 4 to KDE 5. I noticed that there is much confusion
between the KDE versions when which notification signals are sent and received.

Anyway, this is something for KDE to handle. Reassigning.
