Comment # 1 on bug 920253 from Charles Arnold

I am thinking we should be testing pvops with the Xen 4.5 bits and
not the os13.2/sle12 Xen 4.4 version.  I could build these RPMs for
sle12/os13.2 and stick them on xen100 or (even better) we can just use
a stable release of Tumbleweed and use that for testing the pvops kernel.
This will help us to not bother with patching the older version where
we aren't going to take any pvops changes on those platforms anyways.

I make this suggestion because the changes mentioned here seem to be
specific to the Xen 4.4 xencommons.service file and init.d/xencommons
file.
