Yes, and those changes referred to this bug report, as it was quite general.
Nobody closed it as FIXED yet... ;-)

I doubt that will be done, as it would involve updates of other packages that
use private headers.

But a patch could be added of course.

Not for me to decide though, Qt5 in Leap comes from SLE and is maintained by
SUSE.
The SLE maintainers should read this too, though.

But, the mentioned patch has status "Deferred"...
