Bug still present in leap 15.4 and SLE 15 sp4, https://build.suse.de/request/show/227864 was declined, and package version is still 1.4, so we're still shipping a completely unusable version of the package. Fixed in Tumbleweed, but I cannot mark it as "verified" as it still affects Leap and SLE.
