I can confirm this here with latest TW. It is a quite old bug in openSUSE,
which I circumvent with

options(unzip = "internal")  #make install_github working
devtools::install_github("cttobin/ggthemr")

in R.

Thanks for reporting, I was not aware of the actual reason for that.
