Hi guys,

I need SuitSparse to be updated in Leap 15.1 because, without it, I cannot ship
Julia v1.0, which is the LTS release. I tried to submit against the old
version, but it was not possible to install [1]. Hence, since SuiteSparse is a
SLE package, I was advised to open a bug to update it [2].

Notice that if it is not possible to bump the SuiteSparse version, I can use
the not so good path to bundle it in Julia.
