I am running a MSI Leopard GP02 laptop with several openSuse installations. The build-in USB card reader is not working under openSuse 15.3 any more. lsusb shows the device correctly: Bus 001 Device 006: ID 0bda:0129 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. RTS5129 Card Reader Controller When inserting an SanDisk SD card, no messages at all in dmesg or /var/log/messages. If I run my old openSuse 15.1 version, there are following entries in /var/log/messages and the card can be successfully mounted (KDE detects new device in "Gerteberwachung"): 2021-07-23T22:35:31.095691+02:00 xxxxxxx kernel: [ 68.064282] mmc0: new ultra high speed SDR50 SDHC card at address e624 2021-07-23T22:35:31.096526+02:00 xxxxxxx kernel: [ 68.067871] mmcblk0: mmc0:e624 SU32G 29.7 GiB 2021-07-23T22:35:31.100400+02:00 xxxxxxx kernel: [ 68.069451] mmcblk0: p1
